In this episode, Noel Salas has five other surfers put the Aipa "Supernova" through the paces at their home breaks. The "Supernova," a performance groveler, designed by Noel and Duke Aipa focuses on small waves, head-high and below. It has a performance outline, is super fast and easy to get in the pocket. Sage Guinaldo surfed the "Supernova" on the West Coast and found it had a lot of drive and was great in small waves. Asa Cascavilla rode it as a twin plus trailer and a quad. He called it one of the fastest boards he's ever ridden. Eric Petersen rode the Supernova in small mushy East Coast waves and loved it. Zack Smith of Texas rode the board at Waco Surf and thought it was an easy board to transition to. He got a lot of great waves and enjoyed the board a ton. Eddie Lester rode the "Supernova" in XTR and said it was a great paddler. He mentioned it had great pivot and rail to rail with tons of speed. Watch the full review for Noel's view and all the details that makes this board so unique!
